Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

the N creative (“we”, “us”, or “our”) sets out this privacy policy for the handling of personal information in connection with the services provided through this website.

1. What personal information means

Personal information means information defined as such under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information. It includes names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other information that can identify a particular person. It also includes identifiers that can identify a person on their own, such as facial, fingerprint, voiceprint, and insurer-number data.

2. How we collect personal information

We collect personal information in the following ways:

  • • Information entered when using our services, such as a name, address, telephone number, email address, and payment information
  • • Transaction and payment records connected with use of our services, including information provided by our service partners
  • • Usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools

3. Why we use personal information

We use collected personal information for the following purposes:

  • • To provide and operate our services
  • • To respond to inquiries, including confirming the identity of the person making the inquiry
  • • To provide information about campaigns
  • • To send maintenance notices and other important information
  • • To prevent misuse and respond to violations of our terms
  • • To charge for paid services
  • • For purposes incidental to those listed above

4. Changes to the purposes of use

If we change a purpose of use, we will do so only within a reasonably related scope and will publish the revised purpose on this website.

5. Sharing personal information with third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • • When required by law
  • • When necessary to protect a person’s life or property
  • • When cooperation with the work of a national or local government body is required
  • • When the required information has been published in advance and provision can be stopped at the person’s request

The use of contractors, business succession, and joint use do not constitute provision to a third party where Japanese law provides otherwise.

6. Disclosure, correction, and deletion

We respond to requests from the person concerned for disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information. A fee of JPY 1,000 applies to each disclosure request.

7. Suspension of use and erasure

If we find that personal information was obtained improperly or used outside its stated purpose, we will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend its use or erase it.

8. Security measures

We take steps including SSL-encrypted communications, access controls, and regular reviews to manage personal information securely.

Our inquiry forms collect your name, email address, message, and any URLs you provide. To avoid losing inquiries and to handle delivery problems, we temporarily store this information in Cloudflare's database. Authorized staff review it through an access-restricted administration page. Once an inquiry is marked as handed over, we delete its content while retaining a record of receipt and processing. We do not delete an inquiry that has not been handed over solely because 90 days have passed. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abusive submissions.

9. Cookies

We use cookies to improve usability and analyse website traffic. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings.

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data that does not identify individuals. The data is managed under Google's Privacy Policy. To learn how Google uses this data, see "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services". To stop the collection, disable cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
